In the heart of Avenida Corrientes, where the city expresses itself through movement, traffic, and an almost constant energy, the project proposes a change of pace: an oasis within movement. The architecture emerges from the coexistence of two seemingly opposing conditions. Rather than isolating itself from the city, it filters it, gradually transforming its intensity into an experience of pause, encounter, and well-being. A sequence of ethereal structures acts as conceptual envelopes: permeable membranes that embrace nature, filter light, and create different degrees of intimacy without losing spatial continuity.

Wood takes on an almost organic quality. A sequence of curved ribs extends from the walls toward the ceiling, evoking canopies, branches, and shelters. In contrast, metal meshes, lightweight structures, and suspended elements create a second nature, more abstract and urban, allowing vegetation to weave through and colonize the architecture. Stone, wood, metal, and greenery thus shape an interior landscape where the natural and the built are no longer understood as opposites.

The project interprets the contemporary DNA of Novotel, integrating work, leisure, family, and well-being within a single experience. Its Longevity Everyday philosophy finds a spatial expression here: small everyday moments capable of improving the way we inhabit, rest, and connect.

Architecture thus becomes a transition between the speed of the outside world and a different sense of time within: an urban landscape in which to pause, breathe, connect, and stay; an oasis that does not escape the city, but is born within it.
